I had a similar situation yesterday. A tenant passed away 2 months ago, and his family finally cleaned out his place. Went in there yesterday and the tub had black water about 3 inches deep. He was a hoarder and a slob. I guess at one time the place was infested with roaches as I found a lot of droppings all over the floors, cabinets..., and they pooped all over the walls. What a mess!
