Beautiful dog! He looks a bit like Otto, the best dog I ever had. Otto died this year after we spent 12 years together. Otto was found on a highway in northern California. The vet thinks he was about 2 years old when we got him.

Yeah they are great dogs, Rex is a 6 yr old detection/patrol dog that has a medical condition that prevents him from doing his job...so the Vet has started the dispo papers and I jumped at the chance to adopt him. I remember when we got him back in 2002, he deserves a good home after performing such a great job for us all.

due to the specialized training these dogs have, only people who are trained to work with them may adopt. It's only been since 2002 that the DOD has approved of this, prior to that they remained on the inventory reguardless of health and eventually euthanized. A major step in the right direction is them allowing us to adopt them, who knows maybe one day the laws will change even further.

EDIT: let me take a look at the regulation further after the holiday, it may state who may adopt and I believe may have a website listing ones available.

Hey Guys, I got a new set of Wiper Blades on my car.


I think they might be too big because they hang over the edges a little, but I don't care, they work great and I would have to say that they are the only blades I have ever had that I actually like to watch working.


Call me crazy, but lately I have been driving around non-stop with them on. I've even been pulled over and the cop asked to go for a ride so he could watch them work.

They were outrageously expensive, but safety is my main concern and like I said, they work great.
