Story is the cliff started crumbling beneath it and they did not want to risk demoing in place so they intentionally burned it down.

Seem to recall the owner had recently purchased as in within a year or two. Some speculation PO had some knowledge that the cliff was separating and GTFO while he could. New owner also was not covered because they intentionally torched the house or something like that.

$700k loss.

While here in Pheonix for our youngest granddaughter’s first birthday, I saw a rather funny gift given to the family members we are staying with.

This was a “Pop Pop’” Fathers Day present from his grandkids and I thought it was actually pretty funny.

No worries, it took me a moment to realize what I was looking at too.

The sat the kids down in a “kid safe water base paint[emoji1787]” and had the kids sit on the board. So it’s a moon print of the kids butts. One is 5 yrs old and the youngest is a year.

I thought it was funny.
