I was reading the stuff about vertical curves and never noticed the third knocker. I'd say that's pretty sad. Once a Civil Engineer, always a civil engineer. :)

if you ask me, I never really cared for the hyper fake ones anyway. they look a bit gross IMHO

Agreed ronin! I've always preferred a more uniform y ordinate and resulting increase in the algebraic difference between grades ......

Good thing they put this sticker on the Cayenne. Otherwise, I would have attempted to EXCEED 150mph thru the mud and snow ..........

4 out of 5 participants got sick, but nothing serious i had alcohol poisoning once, but it was from drinking a half liter of Bacardi 151 and chasing it with tequila shots. that was in my wilder past... i'm far more responsible now. |

ceg. any info on the 'flying' Vette?
|
No, but it looks like he may have lost his pilot's license ...... ;)
|
LOL, without a doubt. reminds me of an old racing acquaintance of mine. had a limited edition conv. Vette (like that one) , I think it was one of the last ZR1s or something like that, and one of his vendors asked him to take it for a spin while they were sitting at the bar one night. he said yes and tossed him the keys. the guy came back without the car. rolled it upside down in a ditch. he just about killed the guy. for months after that we had the privilege of seeing the flattened car sitting in the back of the race shop because he just didn't have the heart to get rid of it
