Tough crowd...I am no longer a van guy since my kids are older. I thought the technology was interesting:

he Airstream is powered by a plug-in hydrogen hybrid fuel cell drivetrain, which operates on electric power at all times. The system, developed by scientists and engineers at Ford'sResearch & Innovation Center with partial funding from the U.S. Department of Energy, is half the weight and cost of today's fuel cells and will operate in the dead of winter. In fact, the plug-in hydrogen fuel cell featured in the Ford Airstream Concept is already on the road in a Ford Edge prototype.

I believe this is the same car at a different event. Do you know what event these were taken at? I uploaded these to the thread a week or so ago. I took them last February at 100 Acre Wood Rally in Salem, MO. He damaged the car and wound up dropping out.

I know it's late in the game but here is a trailer pulled with a little more power (3.6 in a 83 cab) - the trailer is uglier and so is the exterior of the car but it's fast. Can I join SmileWavy ....
