Those aftermarket spinner knock off wheels are most likely a 17", or 18" wheel machined to look like the originals. This allows a much larger selection of new technology tires to be used, and an original set of 1963 SNO wheels are big $$ because of their rarity.

^^^^^Yes - that's correct ^^^. Those and other OE styled wheels have been available for a while from the aftermarket in stock and custom diameter and widths.

The aftermarket wheels are unattractive, IMO, since they don't seem to have any/much dish to them. The stock wheels had a dished profile that was much more attractive.
