In June of 2019, the Woodbury fire burned thousands of acres in the vicinity of the Apache Trail.
The following September, heavy rains caused several rockslides along the route. It’s closed indefinitely. Actually heard they’re waiting for desert vegetation to recover in hopes future slides be minimized.
This pic is not necessarily of the burned area, but show one of the slides.
