The perfect woman!

God bless her. My wife, Laurie, actually offered to let me bring parts into the house...and she cleaned them!!!

Yep...she's a keeper!

Jerry, Next you'll have the kids scrubbing the engine with toothbrushes... :)

TSNAPCRACKLEPOP 10-07-2003 11:06 AM

those cannisters on the countertop would make great parts cleaner soak units. is ther carb cleaner in them?

tabs 10-07-2003 12:09 PM

It's because she's a Michigan girl....

MotoSook 10-07-2003 01:00 PM

Ha! I can't get my lady to even THINK (!) about cleaning anything on my Porsche!

I've decide to stop asking her to come to the track.

Does your wife have a sister?! :D

jstgermaine 10-07-2003 01:05 PM

No sister, but her brother has been known to cross-dress....

armor-all? Good gawd man, what are you thinking? She may be a keeper, but give her good tools to work with.

One of my buddies was rebuilding a type IV

His girlfriend cleaned the windage tray. There was probably 1 inch of varnish and goo on it.

THAT is a keeper!

You better be glad the Dutches doesn't visit this board MOI!

Does her brother have a Varioram 3.6 and a paint shop? :D

...hahaha!

She might be fabulously good looking, but I still think it's a trick.

When I was swapping out the old, broken antenna out of the front left wing I accidentally dropped it behind the door. I couldn't fit my d@mn fat fingers behind the door to get it out. I was tearing my hair out in frustration, trying to figure out how to get the door off without a slide hammer, since it wouldn't close with the antenna lodged in there.

My lovely wife fished it out for me.

perfect wife??? doesn't exist. a hoax. an urban legend. a fable. don't believe anything that Jerry says. she has him brainwashed. he's working for THEM I tell you. they must be stopped!

OH NO! they're getting through the wire! why is my skin crawling? got to get these bugs off of me!

TSNAPCRACKLEPOP 10-08-2003 06:42 AM

bluesky, see, there is a rational reason to have a full set of hemostats in the tool box.

ah, but had it closed with the antenna in there, would you have bothered to try and get it out?

ha! Yeah, twist up another "antenna" and "fish it out".

Is the water pipe for MFI tuning?

Kraut Wagon 10-09-2003 09:53 PM

A 19 year-old mute nymphomaniac who just inherited a warehouse full of 911 parts?
