I live or die by the Stock Market...my investments pay the bills.

MOT has done vedy well for me...4900 shares purchased between $8.00 and $10 a share now at $13.99.

Cisco at $18-$20 a share now at $24@ a share...

Another coupla years in the trailer and all should be well with the Trust Fund again! Provided I can keep away from the Crap and Black Jack tables...Oh where is mother when you need her?

I bought DUK at around $16, now it's at 20.45, plus I've been collecting a 6% dividend.

There were so many great deals. Now the mkt seems expensive again. Everything seems close to or at 52 week high. But, I wonder if in December '04 we'll look back and think that the mkt in December '03 was cheap.

Whaddya think? And what do you think looks good in '04?

Provided something doesn't go BANG, the futher of the Market looks good. You say everything is at 52 week highs..true, but look at the abyss prices are coming out of. Even if the Markets level off a bit there are trading opportunites. Most of the respected analysts basically say 2004 will be more of stock pickers year, than a risng tide rises all boats year.

I personally am glad there are doom and gloom Bears out there. It will be many years before people will forget the 2000-2003 period, for that I say thank Gawd. For it will keep things from getting outa hand again.

The economy for all the ney sayers is in the begining of another expansion, and there is a lot of money to be made/recouped in the next coupla years. Now if you asked is the Market 2 high say 3 years from now I might say yeah be cautious, th easy profits are gone.
