Hey does anyone know how to make pics take up less space so I can upload pics to my posts. All my pics are over the limit. Is there a way to make them smaller??

What OS are you using? XP has a download/utility that allows you to right-click and resize pictures automatically.

Google for EasyBatchPhoto.

You have it right there! Use iPhoto.

Open iPhoto and drag all your pictures into it. Select the picture you want to re-size by clicking it's icon once. It will now have a blue halo. Go up to the FILE menu and select EXPORT. You can specify any size. I just specify a 400 pixel width and the pics are all under 100kB. (PS- Export to desktop so you don't lose them.) It's really simpler than my long-winded explanation.

darn, I have the install file, so I guess I could do him a favor by posting it somewhere. it's a neat little proggy, but I did forget to mention something else...
