Actually, you are both wrong, (sort of), or maybe I wasn't clear in my language. What I meant to say was that whatever we might have done to a captured VC or Nazi, however justified it might have seemed in the moment due to battle stress/torture recieved by us/etc.., only accomplishes the necessary link in the never-ending chain of human rights abuses. Unless we break the chain by treating prisoners better, w/o waiting for the other side to behave better.
My fear would be for myself and my comrades if I was a soldier or Marine in Iraq right now, wouldn't want to be the next U.S. POW right now. That is why heads need to roll now, this stupid ***** needs to be kiboshed, big-time. |
I want to be a doggie in the window window...I want to be that doggie in that window...bow wow, bow wow.....

http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/2004/WORLD/me...use.tny.ap.jpg ...and now Seymour Hersh's second article in the New Yorker says the prisons were put under the authority of Military Intelligence. Not good. Really not good... |
dd? Quit posting these pics...Tabbydoll is getting excited.

Thank god they don't allow gays in the military or weird and immoral sexual stuff might occur.

If you look in the left-hand corner of the shot, they're using a German Shepherd to "scare" the prisoner - like he isn't scared already.
My question continues to be can regular old grunts think this stuff up, or does the order come from higher up? |
There are Nazi's still running around today saying the KZ pics are fake too.

I abuse all my "prisoners."
|
I take no prisoners
