I would say that the HAND OF GOD stopped that piston.
I would toss the crank and all of the rods out in the trash as a sacrifice to prevent this from ever occurring once more SmileWavy |
Saab 900 engine. rod bearing was starved of oil, rod cap walked around the crank. Oddly enough, NO piston or head damage.
I had to cut off part of the rod with a welder to get it out of the block. It was made an offering in the shop. |
