That was my first time skinning a rabbit. I was being considerate because I have another pic that is quite disturbing. Didn't post it because I know that we did it all wrong and someone would be quick to point that out. Still tasted good though.

that wabbit looks a bit on the small side...

and it's VERY good

let the rabbit hang for a day, don't cook em when they just died

chop it up, bake some onions and maybe some carrots
close the meat (all pieces, head, heart , liver, kidneys included)
pour some st sixtus 8 on top
loaf of bread with mustard on it
bit of Bay Laurel

let it stew

then let it cool off to eat the next day

Just before the big rivalry game here locally......
