In persuit of Perseid
Mt. Baker sunset (10,781') as seen from the Anderson Butte area at 4,300' last Friday
 Mt. Baker sunrise last Saturday  My Son and I shot at least 400 images trying to catch a Perseid Meteor in flight... crazy how many we saw either just after the shutter closed using 30 second exposures, or in a different portion of the sky than we were focused on. I caught just one pretty poor image. Ah well, next year!

One little Perseid
Lower right hand corner streak, astronomers say most Perseids are the size of a grain of sand... mind boggling when you see how much light they emit!
