They poured a new section of sidewalk today, the bit they ripped up when they trenched to hook up my sewer line. It was set up pretty firm by the time I got to it, but I managed.

no effen way! very nice. i got a huge conc pour tomorrow, in SF. central touchdown project for you local boys. dont even tempt me.

Thom...hope that hood badge was a later one, or a replica....an original "orange stripe" one recently sold on ebay for close to $500....evidenty, originals are NLA and the replicas of the originals are, well, replicas, easily spotted.

The badge was the orignal from my '77, and pretty beat, and the tabs were broken off the back.

cough...I have an orange crest in the garage. It has seen better years but at those prices might still be worth $300 ;) Of course I'd have to remember where the heck it is!
