Oncoming - The most chilling bait car video yet

This is the most chilling bait car video that seasoned auto theft investigators from around the world have ever seen. It demonstrates unpredictable and volatile behaviour exhibited by a young man high on crystal meth, or methamphetamine, a highly addictive and destructive drug that is widely available and cheap to buy. This video also shows just how dangerous auto theft is.

1) A 4-year sentence? 123 prior charges? That's pathetic.
2) Good thing this was in Canada and not the US, otherwise he might've had a gun on him. Oh wait, wasn't he attempting to randomly fire a gun out the window?
3) Clearly his behavior is society's fault. We should rehabilitate him...maybe give him a stipend or something?
4) I bet this is all because he made only minimum wage.

There, that should piss our liberal friends off enough to get a reply.

A living wage would have prevented him from getting this out of control.

Yep, I don't think there's any chance of rehabilitating that one. Death seems severe, but I don't wanna pay for him. Maybe we should ship them all to an island and let them do what they want like in "Escape From New York"

Toss a couple of guns and knives in at random for population control.

Just kidding, cat. You know you are everyone's favorite America-bashing Canadian. I don't know why on Earth I thought of you when I saw this guy.

There are some people that society does not need. This happens to be one of them.

Amen! Creepy as hell, somehow four years doesn't seem appropriate, he wouldn't have hesitated to run down a pedestrian.

I feel bad that I could elicit such a reaction. At least I didn't push him down the stairs.

here in the states the cops that use the "bait car" sort of tactics have them wired to shut down the motor and lock the dumb a$$es in the car until the cops can help him out. the method used there is not so good i am thinking.

Bait cars should be outfitted with ejection seats. Steal the car, get ejected 200 feet in the air, spend a few seconds thinking about life, splat.

I bet there's someone here who would oppose using the taser gun on this guy.

"The guy was screaming 'Oncoming' while no passengers were aboard. Obviously, this bloke was chatting on a hands-free cellular phone. Why would a cop apply a taser gun to a guy talking on a cell phone?"

In the article below the video window they mention that they had the capability but chose not to use it when the car was traveling faster than a certain speed and near other traffic. They may have changed the SOP as this video was taken when the program was one month old.
