If his office has a ceiling fan, sneak in before or after work and load the blades with confetti. When he comes in and turns the fan on.... ;)

Another good one is to switch the No1 wire with the coil wire.It'll hit when the rotor lines up but cancel out the rest of the cylinders feels like a fuel problem
