How small do you need. USPS has international Flat rate envelopes, and you can ship up to 4lbs in them for less than $10. There is a small one for $4 and a large one that is $9. Ask your local post office if you can use these to ship to sydney. You would be surprised at what you can fit into them.

It's not an envelope. it's a small 12"X12"X5" box that weighs about 4lbs

What specific suburb are you sending to and we can get you the post code for there.

I needed to get an approx shipping rate to Sydney. Looks like USPS is the least expensive. Thanks for helping

Kevin, 4 lbs. seems to be the line for which customs form you need for overseas shipments. I've learned this when shipping stuff to Evren. You may want to check the USPS website...I usually fill out both types of forms at home before shipping, let the clerk decide which he wants, then tear up the other. It's easier and faster than being sent to the Post Office stand-up table and filling out the "correct" form.

pwd72s.....thanks for that tip. I've heard that customs can be a pia. I'll do that for sure.
