Well... anyone?
I went with my girlfriend, it was her first car show and she handled it rather well (the car show that is). Although she kept moving slowly through the cars and couldn't understand why I would stop and photograph certain historic cars when they all looked similar to her. On a whim I shot 35mm so I will have to wait to post my pic's, anyone got some digi photos they want to share? Girlfriend knows nothing about Porsche's but she fell in LOVE with the 356. I made the mistake of sitting in one of the new Boxsters on display... and fell in love... also made the mistake of telling my lady that I could pick one up for $20-$30K... so she is saying "why don't you sell your old car and get one of these?" I couldn't really come up with a good reason... except for all those dollar signs! I was checking out the Boxster for the rest of the show, talked to one owner who was on his second 986 and he said he never had a bit of trouble with either car and he had owned several other porsche's and this was his favorite. Also saw a CGT Also first close encounter with a 935!
