Taking out the trash one day and I see my neighbors car in the middle of the street, all 3 kids in the car and she's outside of it looking hysterical. Her driveway is on a hill.

I immediately run over to help.

"Nancy, what's wrong are you OK?"

"I was backing out of the driveway and the steering went out!"

So I hop in the car and sure enough the wheel is hard to turn. I look at the dash and see all kinds of idiot lights are on so I give the key a turn, start the car and everything is fine.

I said "Nancy, you need to actually start the car for the power steering to work."
