must be regional, my nephew is one of the CFo's....I do all of my stuff with them on the web, but that sucks. I geuss there is awlays cingular or T mobil.... i may have to i guess, but i would not be liking it. I know that when I cal Verizon now, I get someone in Orangeburg NY. My Nephew works there and according to him they don't have offshore call centers, maybe he is wrong. I know they are there, drove by this past weekend.
