How to score Super Bowl tickets?
OK, I'm jumping the gun a bit, my Steelers still have to finish business in Denver. But, I'm thinking of going to the Super Bowl because its not a far drive (5-6 hours) from Pittsburgh, the hotels are plentiful (not too many Sunbelt fans want to travel to Detroit in February). So that leaves me just needing the tickets. Whats the best way? I do have some connections with the Steeler organization, but I'm not sure if they have access to tickets. Just show up and buy from a scalper? Ebay? Any ideas.

Here's what gets me as a Michigander. We get the Superbowl every other eon and they didn't even announce or publish how to get in the ticket lottery for the initial sale. By the time we knew tickets were available the brokers already had them all.

If you are a REALLY hot chick it's easy.
Otherwise a couple of wheelbarrows full of money helps. I just got my floor seats for the big east basketball tournment at Madison Square Gardens- that only took a small wagon full of money. good luck gary |

My wife made a good point...since no "average guy" would be crazy enough to spend this kind of loot for a football game ticket, many of them must be bought by corporations..."perks" for favored employees, that sort of thing.

I didn't even wath the second half,a painful experience thefirst was. Perhaps it'sbetter that Bettis be given this glimmer of hope before it is ripped away from him

Seattle gets more sacks than any team in football, this is their key to the win. Big Ben won't have all day back there.
GO HAWKS!!!!!!!!!!

What team went a not too impressive 7-5 to start the season, and was the LAST seed in the AFC? ;-)
