McQueen Exibit
hope this works better than my recent attempt to post pics of a tractor roll over at work...

As if Steve McQueen wasn't cool enough... he owned a Jag SS?!?!?

He loaned the Jag to the old HARRAH's collection back in the day...I remember staring at it for 15 minutes, thinking it was the sexiest car I'd ever seen.

The Jag was too obvious, thats why he drove the 911 (read the link).
I've never considered the 911 stealthy, but compared to the Jag - I guess it could be. Convertible verses coupe alone would be accountable for that. |
The exhibit is here at the Peterson museum in L.A., not in San Francisco. Closes April 9th.
I've sat in the Speedster and the 911S, both were in mint original condition. (The Speedster might have been refurbished or restored at some point). :cool: |
