Fake hood vents (scoops) on the front of a Boxster. Sorry for the poor quality, camera phone you know.

I saw some for sale on ebay yesterday... can't find the link now but was laughing my ass off then.

The guy had them positoined on a Boxster's door... I guess he wants the 'yes I'm cooling my door-mounted cupholders' look.

They are not configured right for maximum HP gain... They need to be spread out a bit more and each turned 90 degrees.

You guys don't know anything!

Those are actually aerodynamic enhancer strips; they work to interact with the laminar airflow over the hood creating less turbulence as the air compresses over the windshield. Independent testing has shown that they reduce the drag coefficient by about 10% increasing overall fuel economy by about 7% while increasing top speed by nearly 10 mph!

If you knew how well they actually work, you'd stop your silly criticism and put a pair on your car too!
