Another .xls Question
How do you do a drop down, have the selection trigger the population of another cell to be filled in with several pre-assigned sentences. Then have those show up into a printable report?
I know Access can do this but I need Excel to do this as well. Any ideas?

You need to use VLOOKUP or CHOOSE to select the sentences based on the menu options and CONCATENATE to create the report.
Send me an email and I'll attach you an example. |
