I actually watched the second half in an attempt to see what I've been "missing". Anyway, the game totally lost me when these idiots get carted off on stretchers (strapped down no less) and are back in the game 45 seconds later. Not to mention the fact that the replay shows there was no injury at all. What a joke, if that part of the game is sooo fake how are you suppose to take the rest seriously?

Terribly boring game. Italy played awfully, and the US were not able to do anything at all once they were down to 9 players on the field.

US hung in there for nine guys - i've done that before (played with 9) and never been so tired in my life.
The refs need to keep the cards in the pocket. First one on italy was flagrant and should have been called - the others should have stayed in his pocket...

Thing is I did enjoy watching when the ball got down near the net, good suspense and action. But I bet I missed a bunch of the better parts trying to retrieve my eyeballs after they rolled completely back in my head during the dives.
