When there, head to Fremantle (short cab ride from Perth "city") - its a great old unmolestered town. Head to a place on the waterfront called "Little Creatures" - you'll love it.

Sydney is a great city. A bit bummed, we have really just seen the tourist areas. Time is so short, and there is so much to see..........

Catch an inexpensive Vigin flight up to the northern coast ...Townsville is good. It is the tropics so the weather should be perfect in the winter...in the 70's. Deserted beaches and good food. Visit the Billabong Sanctuary and Magnetic Island.
