Hamas = Sunni

Al Qaeda = Sunni

So Al Qadea and Iran are like water and oil they don't mix. Also since Iran is playing International power poker they don't have much use for the Al Qaeda crazies.

It is most likely that Al Qaeda will attain a Nuclear device from Pakistan.
