Fishing Thread

As an avid fisherman in the Seattle area, It's the time of year I love above all others, and the time that my wife forgets what I look like. That's right, Fall Salmon.... Any other fisherman out there? Show Yer Catch!

Here's last week's trophy. 17Lb Hooknose (Coho) from the Skykomish River near Monroe...

Took my 6 y/o daughter fishing last Friday - we go one a month or so. Caught a few bluegills, and a few golden shiners, and she almost got a bass that would've been 9-10lbs. The bass chomped down on a small 'gill she was bringing in, but didn't swallow. Held on long enough for her to fight a few minutes, and then spit it out.

Here's a Permit I hauled-in from under an Islamorada FL bridge in August. Only camera we had was a phone cam! Figures.

I think it was about 30 lbs.

Dude I'm jealous. I love the Bahamas. Been to Walker's, Staniel Cay, and of course the tourist traps.

Let me know when you get lonely and I'll bring my snorkel gear and my sunscreen!

My 32lbs Chinook taken just south of Quadra Island, on Vancouver Island, about 20 minutes from my in-law's summer place.

This was on my honeymoon... my family was in from Ontario, and Dad always wanted to go salmon fishing in BC, so my wife was kind enough to let us take a few days "off" and have some fun.

Best. Wife. Ever.

dudes, it's no use posting pictures of you holding a fish.... unless you had a real clean transgender operation and hormone treatment, and are now called Suzan, and frankly can beat the girl in post #3

and realistically , if you beat her in hotness, as a rebuild, i really do not wanna know about it , no matter how big the fish you caught... seriously , just post real chicks holding fish, the fish can be fake for all i care, just post chicks....

jeffgrant 10-14-2006 11:47 AM

Dude... if you have a thing for chicks with fish, I'm sure that there are other sites that will "cater" to your tastes.
