Oh come on, try the scam.

I was playing with one of them yesterday. He said the mechandise is in Europe and I should Western Union the money to him. I told him I have plenty of friends all over Europe and one of them will meet him, pay him, and pick up the merchandise. He responded that he is in Romania. Just so happens that a co-worker's girlfriend is in Ceaucescu's homeland. So I asked for his address and the scumbag went silent.

The ebay user account has been inactive for many months. Most likely hijacked.

Tried to bid was not pre-approved. Seems like a great deal and he accepts Western Union money orders!

Looks like eBay pulled it for specifying Western Union.
