Watched the FIA GT race I recorded last night and damn they have to purtiest cars of any racing series. The 996, DBR9, 430, MC12 it's like auto racing porn!

Scottmandue - I really liked the older Maseratis right up to the Merak.
Looking at some of the cars they have turned out recently I think they may be on the way back, I hope so!

I won't be getting one of these though - I don't like the amount of bodywork in front of the front wheels! ;)

Scott, why settle for just the MC 12? Get the MC 12 Corsa, its the FXX version of the MC 12.

That's just an Enzo with an extra 8" on the front and 12" on the back!

With a targa top, and a detuned engine to boot.

Though, I must admit that the pearlescent white paint looks better in person than it does in pics.

"just" an Enzo? An Enzo could so chrush my 944 in acceleration its not even funny, and you say "just an Enzo" as if it makes the car worthless?

The purpose of the car is the same as roadgoing Ferrari's in the past, purely to make it legal for racing.

I have not seen this car since the rap video "Help ID this car thread".

Some nice and even quirky details, some may call it personality. Overall looks made up or over done, kind of heavy looking - yet serious.

This one made an appearance here locally a couple weeks ago. Its owned (along with the Rosso Dino Enzo) by the owner of Ferrari of Orange County.
