If there is such a place it certainly wouldn't descriminate for trivial reasons like national borders and who did what to whom for what trivial reason and in the name of what trivial cause.

If there is such a place and particularly if there is such a place for such reasons as the wise, wise men here think that there should be such a place; then it will most certainly be attended upon by the likes of George W. Bush and many, many others of every religion, race and stripe...

But I doubt that there really is such a place. Maybe it would be nice if there was.
