Son is 5, daughter is 3. Daughter helped me put the summer tires on the 911 last week. Son helped me rebuild the engine a couple years ago. His biggest contribution was putting a nut into the intake (only took a few minutes to fish it out - just glad I heard it happen).

Well, he isn't really my kid, but as close as I'll come to being a Dad at this time. Zach is graduating in the top of his class next month from a very well respected private school and has a full scholarship to the University of Florida to play Baseball.
I dated his mother off & on for over 20 years, remember him when he was a baby, tought him how to conduct a proper water gun war, how to ride a bicycle, how to jump off the roof into the pool and how to drive a Porsche 5 speed:D Been there when he was in trouble & good times, BTW, his dad has been in prison pretty much the boys entire life. Even though he isn't mine, I have watched him grow into a fine young man, and that means a lot.

One advice to any new parents, take lots of pictures, it is the best thing to look back at them as they grow older.

My son turns 4 on Friday, his first tee-ball practice starts today. We've been working on his batting, throwing. and fielding skills the last few weeks, I finally got him to not fear the ball & keep his eyes open. I'm more excited about tee-ball than he is. It was a bit of a pain to find a 9" glove for a left handed thrower, but I'm teaching him to bat & golf right handed. I'll try to get some pics this afternoon.
