Went to a crisis management fair at work today and besides the local police and FBI, disaster preparednes, etc. The LA County Coronor's office was there. They were selling T-Shirts so I bought one. Check this out, you should get one and go walking around the mall with it. Also, check out the bag that they put my stuff in. See the slogan at the bottom of the bag? It says "Thank you for Supporting the Youthful Drunk Driver Program" What's up with that.....Supporting youthful drunk driving? Hey everybody needs a job..they just wana keep busy that all, do ya blame em?

I first heard of the L.A. Coroner's Gift Shop in a book titled "L.A. Bizarro" a few years ago. That's nothing compared to some of the other things in there. If you can source a copy, I'd recommend it for discovering the truly weird and underground aspects of the City of Angels and surrounding areas. Good stuff.
