One of the angriest men in Hollywood leaves a nice phone message for his little girl.

On the recording, Baldwin can be heard berating his 11-year-old, Ireland, "You are a rude, thoughtless little pig."

"You don't have the brains or the decency as a human being," he says, apparently upset that she did not answer her phone for a planned call.

"I don't give a damn that you're 12 years old, or 11 years old, or that you're a child, or that your mother is a thoughtless pain in the ass who doesn't care about what you do as far as I'm concerned. You have humiliated me for the last time with this phone."

I would guess hes pissed off at her.

All in all he probably has pretty good cause to be pissed. He sounds like he has been stood up before and is pretty clear about it, but does let his rage get the better allthough he is never out of control.

For me its when I become quiet that U better watch out, because its then that I become calculating. Ohhh and if I start to talk to after that...U better start watching yourself when your around stairs.

I have no use for Alec and his politics, but man do I understand what he's going through. my ex tried everything to get between me and my daughter in similar fashion. although I felt his rage, fortunately I was able to exercise a bit more restraint

Doesn't the fact that the phone conversation was recorded in the first place strike anyone as odd?
You don't think that he was deliberately pushed to the point of being really pissed off and the phone call set up and recorded to capture the reaction?

I didn't listen to it either - none of my business but I can relate to his frustration. At some point angry words fall off and apathy takes over. Sad to say but that is where I am at with my 19yr old. The only thing I really feel bad about is not feeling anything.

It was recorded on voicemail. Seems like Kimmy, his lovely ex, allowed it to leak. This despite a gag order. I'm sure KB is using this kid as the ultimate tool to torture him.

So why did Alec leave that voice mail for the kid? Maybe he thinks the kid is old enough to know better, though in the recording, he doesn't seem to really know the kids age.

Particularly if you are a celebrity.

Staying calm is generally more effective as well, face to face or
in any recording...

I offered to help him, Susan Saranwrap and the others pack but they have not called yet.

He was doing a film in NYC last year and one of the other actors quit the production. Said that she was afraid for her safety after his constant temper tantrums.

Well, as both parties were under a court order to not discuss this, she may very well be in as much trouble as he is.

From what I have been forced to listen too on the news about his personal life it seems he is involved in a bitter divorce and I feel sorry for both sides and even more so for the children in the middle.

(I say forced because it really is hard to get away from these tabloids)
