Just shoot him - its the easy way out. Make sure there are no witnesses and that you wipe your fingerprints of the bullets and the gun - I saw that on a movie last night, seemed to work just fine.

I was going to fly to Louisville, where he works now, and ride back to NC with him. He's very cool. I just want to be totally upfront about it. Hell, maybe he'll tell me to bring a bunch of ammo and we can shoot beer cans in his yard Sat. night.
