Biz delima
Just looking for some opinions.
There is a company I have been doing business with for a couple of years, and they have been satisfactory.............until lately. There was a mistake made, small one but, one I would have liked to have settled. I have contacted the companies CS dept. and they passed me off to the person who dropped the ball. Thats ok, so lets get it worked out and go on with life. I haven't received any phone calls, only 1 e-mail, stating I would be getting a phone call. That was a couple of months ago. I do business with this company at home and also at work, it has many facets, other than just products that I use. Since I have stated my issue with the powers that be, and have been disregarded, should I start screaming, or just take my business(and my companies) elsewhere? I would like to keep doing business with this company I have just lost a fair amount of trust. I have found a satiable replacement, I just haven't pulled the trigger yet. |
I noticed a client of mine was not ordering surveys from me for a couple of months.
I called to ask why and the response was because I sent late notices on "Dead Deals" and they felt they should not have to pay them. (That is another issue) I asked why they never called me about this. Their response was they called and talked to my receptionist and she seemed aloof so they hired another frim to take care of them. That receptionist is no longer working for me. Contact the owner and tell him what is going on, I bet you'll be taken care of. Sometimes employees just do not get it, those kinds of employees usually do not last long either. |

I want my frigging item. Oh well looks like a new supplier, for me, and work will be in effect as of opening Monday morning. |
