Family Guy Star Wars was freakin' sweet!
That damn Family Guy last night was one of the funniest shows I have ever seen. Remember that first scene in Star Wars, where the little ship is getting shot at, then you see the ship shooting at it as it takes like five minutes to fly by it is so freakin' huge. On the back of the death cruiser is a Bush/Cheney bumper sticker, predictable, but still funny. It got better from there, or more accurately prior to that, because the crawl with the story background at the beginning had me rolling.
I am an adult and all my favorite shows are cartoons, that damn fox, they really are the evil empire

I liked it, but some of the gags were kinda lame - like the couch gag.
>I am an adult and all my favorite shows are cartoons, that damn fox, they really are the evil empire Fox deliberately runs shows that will earn them huge fines they can then funnel through the FCC straight to the Republican Party. Everybody in the media knows it but no one has the guts to say it.

I liked it too--pretty funny--the cantina scene cracked me up with the "request" same song--okay. and Greedo
Ben Kenobi "flipping out" the robot chicken banter at the end.

the robot chicken banter was definitely hillarious, the secret gag being that Seth Green - the voice of Chris- is the producer/head writer on Robot Chicken.
The VACATION reference at the end was also great... and, according to the credits, it was really Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo doing the voices.

It was freakin sweet! My favorite gag was the two guys pointing out how there wasn't a railing behind their precariously perched control panel (when the death star ray comes from). That's my kind of humor, because seriously, why wouldn't there be a railing?
I also liked the concept of humanizing the imperial forces a bit more. Always seemed a little unbelieveable that they were so monotonous. |

Freakin' sweet!!!
I laughed out loud several times. My wife thought I was losing my mind. Seth Green. I liked R2D2 capping off some rounds with a sideways pistol out the side window of the ship. "that's how we do it in my neghborhood, bit$%!!"

I thought it was funny as hell, especially since I was watching it after getting home from hockey. |

R2's sideways driveby style shooting and his menthol comment had me laughing pretty good.
it didn't live up to its potential though. could've been better.

LOL, how about Brian playing chewbaka, saying wacka-wacka (muppet refference).
When Chris said he used to bullseye swamp rats back home, there was a stereo-typical.. "you shoot defenseless animals for sport?" His reply? "hay, we have two suns and no girls. what else are we supposed to do?" As usual, Meg got the short end of the stick. |

Yeah, where was Meg, anyway? I don't recall seeing her in the show.
And what is this Robot Chicken show about?

Robot Chicken is another show on Cartoon Network late at night during Adult Swim. You can find it on Youtube as well.

I loved the Rush Limbaugh bit on there regarding affirmative-action! Caught me off-guard!

The couch gag and the "Dirty Dancing" bit I could of done without. Other than that, it was truly freakin sweet.
The long shot of the hangar of the Death Star when that one Imperial Troop was slowly putting his arm around the other...
