Malware in Mozilla
 

I've noticed my Mozilla browser has slowed considerably lately, so much so I've actually closed it and gone back to IE and it works faster. I'm thinking there's some Malware in there somehow but I've run some Virus scans and found nothing.

Anybody else notice the same thing? Is Mozilla spyware checked as thoroughly as MSIE?

I love Firefox, but I've had quite a bit of problems lately with it on my old laptop, so I've gone back to IE for now. My FF browser was doing something similar, getting really slow and hangs when I start it up. Also sounds like my hard drive is making a noise when it loads it up...no idea why. It also won't install the update, I keep getting an error message every time that it couldn't be updated.
