Maybe I have a short mammory, but I can only think of one hit song
that Britney ever had.... yet she still has earned millions.

'Hit me baby, one more Time' is the song... did she have any others?

Max Martin wrote, arranged, produced her hit, all she did was show up
and sing... then sing with a bare midriff on the famous Nickelodian kids show.

Look, im not 'hating' just thinking that too much attention, too much money
has been thrown this woman's way... and she is heading towards becoming
a freak show real quick...

So my message to the world: Leave Britney Alone.

Totally. no attention, no love, no money, no hate...just let her be and focus
on something else or someone else...

Another manufactured "star". What a talentless joke.

No wonder the ROW finds American "culture" so completely empty - we clearly prefer image to substance and the way we constantly lap up these empty and vapid manufactured entertainers is embarrassing at best.

Agreed, celebrity worship has gone too far in our country. Image above substance, stupidity over character. Remember when celebrities were people your kids could look up to? John Wayne, astronauts, hell even the "rebels" like Steve McQueen and James Dean were good guys.

Now all they manage to do is prove that with enough money, you can break the law repeatedly with no consequences. Oh yeah, and that a lifestyle of sex, drugs, DUIs, and parties is cool. Not a new concept, but is seems to continually get more prevalent.

Typical example of the paradox in Darwin´s thesis of survival of the fittest. Less fit parents ought to have less statistical chance of having babies. Extraordinary enough the opposite often seems to be the case. :D

Classic example of 'strike while the iron (cratch) is hot'

The National Ledger reported Britney wanted a "seven-figure" deal to strip for the iconic magazine, but Hefner was only willing to part with $US400,000.

Five years ago, at the height of her chart success, Britney was offered $2 million to star in Playboy.

A source told the Ledger that photos of Britney without underwear on taken by paparazzi, and her woeful performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, had lowered her asking price.

"Britney is truly delusional if she thinks anyone is going to pay giant bucks to see her nude," the source said.

"She's already bared too much flesh for free while out partying for that to happen.

"There was a time when Hef might have been willing to pony up, but that time has long passed."

This morning on the news radio they said she checked into a hollywood hotel. I'm predicting OD. She's digging a hole she will not be able to get out of, the only solution will be to off herself.
That'll show em. They'll wish they never messed with her, she's gonna be dead and it will be all their fault. yeah right.

I'll head over there this afternoon. Maybe I can catch her & Paris for a threesome before they both decide to do each other in with .38 specials or sleeping pills.

Best of luck. Hope you'd had all your shots.
And even that might not be enough.

Much as I dislike her behavior and all the attention that these attention whores get paid by the media I really hope she can get herself out of this mess. I certainly don't wish death on anyone, and much as I am sure we are being serious about the possibility, we shouldn't really be joking around about it should we?
Ah, what the heck - put me down for between Christmas and New Year.

Porsche-O-Phile 10-02-2007 09:53 AM

Yea, I'll have to double-bag it. :)

Then why do they imitate it so much? The rest of the world is much the same or worse.

Me? I don't "get" it...

John Wayne - member of the John Birch society - an ultra right wing organization who believes most history and current reality is brought on by a cabal of special interest groups.

Steve McQueen - drunk, drug addict and wife beater. All touched on here, a forum dedicated to him:

James Dean - drunk, drug addict, sex addict, heavily into S&M, known affectionately as "The Human Ashtray."

Not saints, but all three were damn good actors, and very professional when in public. Brittany, Paris and Lindsay could learn something in that regard.

Maybe I should have stated that they had a good public image. How about that?;)

However, I do remember hearing that both McQueen and Dean did a lot of charity work related to orphans and foster kids. Both seemed to have a soft spot for disadvantaged kids, I suppose because they had both been down that road. John Wayne has a cancer hospital named after him, no idea if he contributed to it, or if it was just a cool name.:)
