Best reply ever - Hunting for a sugar daddy

>> THE ANSWER
>> Dear Pers-431649184:
>> I read your posting with great interest and have thought meaningfully
>> about your dilemma. I offer the following analysis of your predicament.
>> Firstly, I'm not wasting your time, I qualify as a guy who fits your
>> bill; that is I make more than $500K per year. That said here's how I
>> see it.
>>
>> Your offer, from the prospective of a guy like me, is plain and simple
>> a cr@ppy business deal. Here's why. Cutting through all the B.S., what
>> you suggest is a simple trade: you bring your looks to the party and I
>> bring my money. Fine, simple. But here's the rub, your looks will fade and my
>> money will likely continue into perpetuity...in fact, it is very likely
>> that my income increases but it is an absolute certainty that you won't

>>
>> So, in economic terms you are a depreciating asset and I am an earning
>> asset. Not only are you a depreciating asset, your depreciation
>> accelerates! Let me explain, you're 25 now and will likely stay pretty
>> hot for the next 5 years, but less so each year. Then the fade begins
>> in earnest. By 35 stick a fork in you!
>>
>> So in Wall Street terms, we would call you a trading position, not a
>> buy and hold...hence the rub...marriage. It doesn't make good business
>> senseto "buy you" (which is what you're asking) so I'd rather lease. In case
>> you think I'm being cruel, I would say the following. If my money were
>> to go away, so would you, so when your beauty fades I need an out.. It's
>> as simple as that. So a deal that makes sense is dating, not marriage.
>>
>> Separately, I was taught early in my career about efficient markets.
>> So, I wonder why a girl as "articulate, classy and spectacularly beautiful"
>> as you has been unable to find your sugar daddy. I find it hard to
>> believe that if you are as gorgeous as you say you are that the $500K
>> hasn't found you, if not only for a tryout..
>>
>> By the way, you could always find a way to make your own money and then
>> we wouldn't need to have this difficult conversation.
>>
>> With all that said, I must say you're going about it the right way.
>> Classic "pump and dump."
>> I hope this is helpful, and if you want to enter into some sort of
>> lease, let me know.

With an answer like that, I believe he makes the money! Nice!

Love the logic, if my money goes, so do you, so when your looks fade........

brilliant!

the 10-03-2007 07:18 PM

That's beautiful, man.

TheMentat 10-03-2007 07:36 PM

wow... that's poetic!

Normy 10-03-2007 07:42 PM

Only on Rennlist. Over there, you can be banned for calling someone an "old idiot", but if you post a bunch of crap basically turning the website into a dating game for trailer-inhabitants...then that's just fine. Enjoy, please. I don't- I quit the place!

Normy, it was just linked on Rennlist, not actually posted there...

cstreit 10-03-2007 08:18 PM

I'd love to buy that dude a beer.

450knotOffice 10-03-2007 09:17 PM

;)

livi 10-04-2007 12:14 AM

IŽll drink to that! Absolutely brilliant response.

onewhippedpuppy 10-04-2007 03:51 AM

Nicely done. I bet that gave her pause.

MRM 10-04-2007 06:11 AM

Chicks like that don't wake up until they're over the hill and realise they've been rented their whole lives. If she was a decent person she'd probably have ended up with a nice and rich guy without trying.

The Gaijin 10-04-2007 06:23 AM

I do not doubt this is not real. Plenty of chicks show up in New York and figure they can land on "central park west" on looks alone.

Know a gal in NYC - just dumped the husband (who was college sweetheart and from same place outside of NYC), just because she wanted "more". Apparently he wants kids and to really settle down (stop living the high life in Manattan) and she wants none of that. Granted, she is an attective blond, but already in her early thirties..

The strangest thing in all this is that her parents back her 100%. Want her to be "financially secure" and "not have to work". A medium term disaster in the making... Sad really.

sammyg2 10-04-2007 06:49 AM

Lots of women out there looking for the BBD (bigger and better deal).
These women are prostitutes. Pure and simple. Whores.

BTW he missed one thing in his reply:
By the time she hits 35 she will probably have divorced his butt and taken half of everything he has. He'll end up paying many thousands of dollars for every time he "gets some", not worth it.

Porsche-O-Phile 10-04-2007 07:58 AM

Fantastic response!

stealthn 10-04-2007 08:30 AM

Without a doubt the posting of the year. Now if she came with a twin sister and lived in Utah, that would be the clincher....

The Diamondback girls...

(do things on their backs for diamonds).

Hell, with me, it's my wife who has the knack for investing...she turned the $ gained from the sale of my commercial property investment into "critical mass" money. No, not multi million$, but enuf that we have no worries about maintaining our happily modest lifestyle, can buy pretty much anything we'd want.

Does that make me the gold digger? I dunno. I do know I wouldn't dump her for a 25 year old selfish bimbo. I think I made a pretty good marriange "investment".

Glad I hung in there for the first 18 years of our now 32 year marriage. During the 1st 18, I didn't have a clue that Cindy had the investing knack. Then, one day, she took her clothes off, smeared herself with woodstove ashes, went out back among the trees, and studied chicken entrails. The rest, as they say, is history. :)

Chocaholic 10-04-2007 10:01 AM

Paints quite a picture Paul...

She's sittin' on a gold mine, till the gold is panned out

So do I tell my g/f that the first step to "financial freedom" is taking her clothes off? I like it already :)
