Allmand 35 Pilot House - dual steering station - make offer
Reply to: sale-469149984@craigslist.org Date: 2007-11-04, 11:01PM Allmand 35 Pilot House Sloop -- USCG Documented vessel # 650784 We Are Selling Enjoue we pronounce it ENJOY (we think she was named by a happy illiterate Frenchman!) She is ready to cruise and in great shape. Must be seen to be appreciated. (we were headed south to Caribbean, but my wife found a 41 foot catamaran here in Maryland just as we were ready to head out. Our loss in leaving Enjoue is your gain! I worked at West Marine for over 1 year & bought the best gear for the boat as will be seen below). This boat shows no fiberglass in the cabins, just beautiful wood joinery, in main cabin, captains cabin and dressing room, and large head w/dressing area. The following itemized equipment is all conveyed with Enjoue (even though there may be some other pieces of gear seen in some past pictures if questions please enquire): Allmand 35 Pilot House Sloop, length 35 (with extension now beyond stern due to custom built arch) and 11 10 beam. Allmand built 15 custom Pilot House sloops in early 80s in south Florida. They are extremely strong vessels with fully glassed hull to deck joints throughout and heavy fiberglass hulls. Diesel Engine well maintained Universal 5424 - 3 cylinder diesel engine, 1900 hours with Hurth Transmission Dual Steering Stations Enjoue has both cockpit and inside pilothouse steering, upgraded hydraulics, with overhaul and rebuild of main hydraulic cylinder in 2007. Capilano manual driven hydraulic steering with Auto-pilot a below deck hydraulic Raymarine autopilot just added. Enjoues exterior cockpit steering and inside hydraulic steering both have the same duplicate engine controls & instruments. Arch for solar mount, Radar and Wind Generator mounts with designed in Dinghy Davits & lift point. Display unit in color is in movable mount that swings out to viewing in cockpit or swivels in to viewable condition from the inside wheel in comfort behind the windshield. Radio including RAM mike and ability to use either inside or outside the cockpit. EPIRB 406 model satellite EPIRB for maximum safety will need to be serviced and registered with your name/address and contacts for emergency use. Gas Range in Galley 2-burner gas range with nice oven connected to rear stern locker where 2 tanks supply gas with separate quantity gauge and inside solenoid safely turns gas on and off from inside boat.
