I'm trying to track down some crooks.....

My wife ordered a Mike Vic chew toy for her Mastiff months ago on this website...

The chewtoy was delayed and delayed, and we missed the paypal dispute deadline by one day, so they won't help. We gave up sending emails asking for refunds because all we get are automated replies.

I know the dollar amount doesn't make it worth it, but its the principle of the thing. I want to pursue every avenue to hunt these jerks down.

I searched the WHOIS database and found they registered the name by proxy. Is there any other way to find out an address and phone number for the people running this site?

1. to eliminate unwanted spam
2. to hide from people who may want to track them down.

As far as I know, you'll need a court order or at least a threatening letter from an attorney in order to get any client info from Godaddy / Domains by Proxy.
