Based on the plugs, sandals and the guy sitting in the back they look German.

Don't they run 240 volt to boot? Its gotta be staged, no one can really be that stupid and live to adulthood. Although I've seen some dumbass stuff in my life.

Well I don't believe you necessarily need to be shocked if that goes into water. In order to die, you have to make current go trought your body. Electricity goes trough path of least resistance so majority would just go trough pool bottom and trip the fuse.

Once, I was swimming in the lake when lightning struck the surface. I was shocked but didn't die...obviously :)

Makes me wonder how many emergency room visits a year are immediately prefaced by guys saying "here, hold my beer and watch this".
