House for sale - includes "bonus Porsche 911"
It's a tough housing market these days. Even tougher for this poor guy.
 My first question about the house would be "what model year 911?"

Why not allocate $1.59 million to the Porsche and knock down your property tax on the house?

The guy I bought my Carrera from was doing the samething. The house sold for 2.5MM. It's good to be da king.

The local PCA (Peachstate) has a member selling a house - buy the house and pick 1 of his 2 911's to keep. 3200 sq ft brick traditional, 6000 sq ft brick hanger. $629,500

I had a house for sale once like this too.
We offered the home at one price, all the furniture at another and a "toy package" for the big finalé; ha, ha, it was funny and we got alot of comments, even years after. We sold the place without the furniture or toys. If we would've got the price we wanted for the extras we would've been out shopping the next day, to say the least. Ads like this get attention. I say bravo! The real estate sign........ yuck! |
