The blower & crabs above are likely 'fake' From this angle I don't see any throttle linkages, fuel lines, etc to what appears a set of Del'orrto down drafts.........so the blower case has the rotors removed and a single 4bbl inside

I think this is right. Local guy used build street rods like that. Would have a 2 barrel carb and a stock 305 under the blower.
