^^^ How cool is all that? Young guys working on a Hot Rod outside on the street curb. Looks like un-chopped "A" with a SBC sporting 'Rams-horn" exhaust manifolds.....

So cool!!! Looks like a "club" called "Ragtops". I am assuming the name comes from how the tops on those cars were made of cloth, hence, "Ragtops", very cool!!!
