The local Council on Aging held it's first car show yesterday




This 60 Chevy was immaculate.



The owner said the 348 Tri-Power is original to the car. Love it!



When I first saw the dog dish hubcaps I thought this was one of the stripped down cars Dodge sold for racing - then I noticed he other 2 doors.



The owner stuffed a 440 in it for some reason.

Always loved the '60 Ford. I built an AMT model of convertible like this when I was a kid. Painted it white with a blue interior, just like this one. Deja Vu all over again.



The car was a little rough. The seats were in tatters, nothing was cleaned up under the hood. Not sure what the sagging bumper was about.



Even in rough shape it would cost more than the original price of $3608 to buy it now!




Some people take originality to an extreme. This '64 Dodge was displayed with the original owners.



They even let some Yurupeon guy bring some furrin' "cars" to the show. Prolly a commonist.
