Hmm, no side markers. Modified? Your car? The "cheater 924"?
This makes me nostalgic for my old '24S.

I think that is a function of the focal length and position of the vehicle in the frame.
Wonder what the guy will do for drive train.

It could be some uncommon model of Walker. Walker typically used Budd wheels though. It could be that, because Walker was the most common brand of electric delivery truck, the name became the product, like calling all brands of tissues "Kleenex."
