I read about this years ago. Story goes that the owner was a crook, filed for bankruptcy, and said he had no assetts. The gov't couldn't find anything that he was "supposed" to have. But then this hurricane came by one day in Florida and blew the roof off of this pole barn, exposing some million $$ cars. Of the many, a 275 GTO, and ex Surtees F1 grand prix car, some 330's and many rare parts. I never heard what happened to the lot, but hopefully they were sold and restored. I dont know why the picture did'nt post too, but the pic is one page back, post 1474.

My friends family came out here on a wagon train with the Cooks. He grew up spending weekends out there. It was a long drive back then.
I went out there to a Reunion with him a couple summers ago. Met some of the remaning Cooks.
